We had some 'luck' this year to have pretty adverse weather at our school's yearly fund raising event. We were told that this was only the second time in all these years with such pouring rain and gusty winds. But that did not stop our kids, parents, staff and volunteers at all to complete this important event for our school and kids! Kudos to these kids who persevered like Olympic athletes should, walked or ran many laps in the rain, totally soaked from head to toe, and some even shivering, but they still continued.
You guys all deserved Gold medals!
